1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and agreements between you (the “Client”) and Detail Craft Pro GmbH (detailcraftpro.com), Churerstrasse 135, 8808 Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland (UID: CHE-748.926.314).

2. Services

Detail Craft Pro provides premium automotive detailing services, including:

• Exterior wash, decontamination & hand polish;
• Multi-stage paint correction and ceramic coating;
• Deep interior cleaning & leather/vinyl conditioning;
• Engine bay detailing and wheel refurbishment;
• Ongoing care packages and seasonal refresh services.

3. Contract Formation

You may request a service via our online form or by email at info@detailcraftpro.com. A contract is formed once you receive our written confirmation of appointment and scope.

4. Fees & Payment

All fees are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) plus applicable VAT. Your package price and payment terms will be confirmed in writing. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice or prior to service, whichever comes first.

5. Liability & Warranty

Detail Craft Pro warrants that services will be performed with customary care. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the particular service, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

Any reports, photographs, or documentation we provide remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, usage rights for those materials are granted to the Client.

7. Cancellation & Refund

You may cancel or reschedule as follows:

• More than 7 days before appointment: 100% refund;
• 3–7 days before appointment: 50% refund;
• Less than 3 days before appointment: No refund.

To cancel or change, please email info@detailcraftpro.com. Refunds are issued within 10 business days; bank processing may add up to 5 days.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland and the Canton of Schwyz. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pfäffikon SZ.
